摘  要:在捉用地整治项目规划设计中,准确快速地计算农田平整土方量对规划设计、投资估算及资金分配等具有重要意义。通过实施农田平整可以改变地形坡度,拦蓄雨水,增加土壤水分,防治水土流失,达到保水、保土、保肥目的,为建设高标准基本农田,提高耕地质量,实现耕地高产稳产创造了有利条件。本文以陕县土地整治项目为例,根据项目区的5个片区的不同的地形地貌特征,重点阐述了在农用地整治项目中农田平整工程土方量的计算方法与步骤,为在我国黄土丘陵区开展高标准基本农田整治项目,在地形复杂地区实施土地平整快速准确地计算土方量提供借鉴。In the planning and design of agricultural land consolidation project, the accurate and quick calculation of farmland leveling earthwork quantity was of great significance to the planning and design, investment estimation and fund allocation. To change the terrain slope, retaining water, increasing soil moisture and soil erosion control can be realized through the implementation of farmland leveling, to achieve water conservation, soil conservation, and fertilizer conservation objective. Which has created favorable conditions for the construction of high standard basic farmland, the quality improving of cultivated land and the high and stable yield of cultivated land. Taking Shanxian County land consolidation project as an example, the calculation mathods and steps of farmland leveling earthwork quantity in agricultural land consolidation project were elaborated mainly according to the different terrain features of three kilometer in project area. In order to provide reference for the implementation of high standard basic farmland consolidation project in the Loess Hilly Region of our countryand the fast and accurate calculation of land leveling earthwork quantity in regions of complex topography.
