摘　　要：目的：探讨经尿道双极等离子射精管切开术（PKRED）和单极射精管切开术（TURED）治疗射精管梗阻（EDO）的各自疗效,比较其优劣。方法：2004年10月~2012年6月期间应用PKRED治疗EDO患者42例（PKRED组）,应用TURED治疗EDO患者38例（TURED组）,对其平均手术时间、平均住院时间、精子产生率、配偶怀孕率和术后并发症等参数进行比较。结果：PKRED组和TURED组的平均手术时间和住院时间分别为26min、8.4d和34min、9.8d。PKRED组和TURED组的精子产生率和怀孕率分别为60.5%（23/38）、31%（13/42）和57.1%（20/35）、28.9%（11/38）。与TURED组比较,PKRED术后并发症更少（P〈0.05）。结论：PKRED比TURED治疗EDO更具有效性和安全性。Objective：To compare the effect between transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic resection of ejaculato- ry duct （PKRED） and monopolar transurethral resection of ejaculatory duct （TURED） for treatment of eiaeulatory duct obstruction （EDO）. Method： The clinical data of 80 cases of EDO were analyzed from Oct. 2004 to Jun. 2012. Among them, 42 cases were treated by PKRED, and 38 by TURED. Operative time, hospital stay, post- operative pateney rate, impregnation rate, and complications were evaluated. Result： The mean operative time of PKRED and TURED group were 26 minutes and 34 minutes, respectively. The mean hospital stay of PKRED and TURED group were 8.4 days and 9.8 days, respectively. Postoperative patency rate and impregnation rate were 60.5% and 31% in PKRED group, which were higher than 57.1% and 28.9% in TURED group. Compared with TURED group, fewer complications occurred in PKRED group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PKRED is more effective and safer than TURED in treatment of EDO.
