摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺突入膀胱程度(IPP)对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)手术操作和疗效的影响。方法良性前列腺增生接受TURP的患者130例,分为A组(IPP≥5mm)和B组(IPP<5mm),比较两组手术前后相关指标的变化。结果 A组手术时间较B组长(P<0.05),术中出血量相仿(P>0.05)。A组的国际前列腺症状评分和生活质量评分的改善较B组明显(P<0.05);但两组患者最大尿流率和残余尿量改变值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 IPP可以作为预测TURP手术难度及疗效的指标。Objective To investigate the influence of intravesical prostatic protrusion（IPP）on the difficulty and efficacy of transuerthral resection of the prostate（TURP）.Methods A total of 130 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia was assigned into two groups of A（IPP≥5mm）and B（IPP5 mm）.The changes of the indicators related to the surgery before and after operation were compared between two groups.Results The time for operation was longer in group A than that in group B（P〈0.05）.Blood loss of two groups during operation was similar（P〈0.05）.The improvements in the international prostate symptom score and the quality of life score were more in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.The changes in the maximum urinary flow rate and residual urine volume of two groups were similar（P〉0.05）.Conclusion IPP can be used as an indicator for predicting the difficulty and curative effect of TURP.
