摘 要:目的观察C-Rel在日光性角化病、鲍温病和皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达,并初步探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)对正常皮肤组织10例,日光性角化病、鲍温病组织各30例及皮肤高、中、低分化鳞状细胞癌组织共90例进行C-Rel染色,并采用Image-Pro Plus 6.0(IPP)图像分析软件定量分析每个视野阳性表达的平均光密度值。结果 C-Rel在正常皮肤组的平均光密度值为0.004 5±0.002 1;日光性角化病组为0.023 9±0.020 2;鲍温病组为0.051 0±0.016 2;高分化鳞状细胞癌组为0.079 8±0.0188;中分化鳞状细胞癌组为0.082 3±0.018 9,低分化鳞状细胞癌组为0.084 6±0.019 6。C-Rel在各组别的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常皮肤组与高、中、低分化鳞状细胞癌组,日光性角化病组与高、中、低分化鳞状细胞癌组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。其余各组之间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 C-Rel与复层鳞状上皮细胞的分化和增殖相关,可作为上皮细胞来源肿瘤的标记物。Objective To observe and discuss the expression of C-Rel in actinic keratosis, Bowen disease and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods With immunohistochemical method, C-Rel in normal skin (n = 10), actinic kera- tosis(n =30),Bowen disease(n=30) and squamous cell carcinoma (well, moderately and poorly differentiated) (n =90)tissues were detected and compared. Average optical density of positive expression in each vision field was quantificationally deter mined by Image-Pro Plus 6. 0 (IPP) image analysis software. Results C-Rel expressed as follows : the average optical density in normal skin is 0. 004 5 ± 0. 002 1, the actinic keratosis 0. 023 9 ± 0. 020 2 ,the Bowen disease 0. 051 0 ± 0. 016 2,the well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma 0. 079 8 ± 0. 018 8, the moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma 0. 082 3 ± 0. 018 9, and the poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma0. 084 6 ± 0. 019 6. The expression difference of C-Rd in each disease was statistically significant. The expression difference between normal skin group and squamous cell carcinoma (well, moderately and poorly differentiated) group was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the same was to that between actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma ( well, moderately and poorly differentiated) (P 〈 0. 05 ). All the expression difference between other groups didn't have statistical signifi- cance ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion C-Rel is related with proliferation and differentiation of stratified squamous epithelial cells, and can be used as an immunohistochemical marker for tumors originating from epithelial cells.
