当归四逆汤合四妙散治疗淤积性溃疡1例

摘　　要：患者男,43岁。双下肢反复起疹10月,复发加重12d。右小腿、左足外踝周围可见大片水肿性暗红斑,其上可见米粒至蚕豆大小暗红色丘疹、水疱,部分坏死结痂,伴少量渗液。组织病理诊断淤积性溃疡。采用当归四逆汤合四妙散治疗,疗效满意。A 43-year-old male presented with recurrent lesions on lower extremities for 10 months, and aggravated for 12 days. Physical examination showed edematous dark erythema with papules, vesicles,crusts and a little exuda- tion on the right leg and ankle of left foot. Histopathological exa ruination revealed stasis ulcer. Treatment with Danggui sini decoction and Simiaosan gained good clinical results.
