摘  要:为研究酒精与水混合蒸气在气-液型板式换热器里的Marangoni凝结对其传热和压降的影响,搭建了实验平台,并利用MCGS设计了数据采集监测系统。在70、90 k Pa压力下对气相酒精质量浓度为0、1%、10%及50%的混合蒸气进行了一系列实验,对采集得到的数据进行处理并计算出气侧传热系数和压降,利用Origin Pro 8软件绘出了传热压降特性图,并对实验结果进行了比较。实验结果显示混合蒸气浓度为1%时的传热系数比纯水蒸气的传热系数增加约7%左右,而随着浓度增大传热系数减小。To study the effect of Marangoni condensation of water-ethanol vapor mixture on heat transfer and pressure drop in gas-liquid plate heat exchanger, the experimental platform are developed, and data collection system was designed with MCGS. A series of ethanol vapor concentration of 0, 1%, 10% and 50% of mixed vapor experiment was performed in 70 kPa and 90 kPa pressure. The collected data was processed, and figure out heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop. The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of Marangoni condensation of mixed vapor in plate heat exchanger were obtained by OriginPro 8 software, and the experimental results were compared. Experimental results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the mixed vapor concentration of 1% increase about 7% compared with pure water vapor, while the heat transfer coefficient decreases with increase of concentration.
