摘　　要：通过对黄承昊所著《医宗撮精·折肱漫录》的研读,总结其学术思想主要表现为:①辨证重视审病求机;②治疗重视调护脾肾;③慎药重视自愈能力;④养生重视调养心脾;⑤知行重视实践体验。其医学思想在当代仍有其推广学习的价值。Through carefully studying the Yizong Cuojing · Shegong Manlu written by HUANG Chenghao, his academic ideas have been concluded： 1. Syndrome differentiation should highlight inspecting disease and seeking pathogenesis; 2. The treatment should focus on regulating spleen and kidney; 3. Be careful about the medication for the emphasis of self-healing ability; 4. Health preserve should emphasize regulating heart and spleen; 5. Prescrib should pay attention to practice and experience. His thoughts are still valuable for its popularization in contemporary era.
