摘　　要：通过对《太平惠民和剂局方》有关便秘证治原文的研读,从论治气滞便秘,取法三焦同调;论治积热便秘,强调中病即止;论治虚人便秘,注意制剂服法等三方面展开讨论,浅析该书在便秘辨治方面的特色,以便临床参考应用。The literature relevant to constipation in Formularies of the Bureau of People＇ s Welfare Pharmacies has been studied to analyze the characteristics of treating constipation described in the book for clinical reference. The conclusions obtained are that the constipation due to qi stagnation should regulate sanjiao, the constipation because of the accu- mulation of heat should be cured and stopped immediately if the treatment takes effects and constipation of deficient con- stitution patients should pay attention to the formula＇ s preparation and intake methods.
