从侦查假设到侦查循环理论——基于P-H-D侦查逻辑的基本原理运用

摘　　要：作为基本的侦查思维模式之一,侦查假设将逻辑学的基本原理引入侦查基本工作中,实现了侦查学科研究的主客观相结合。伴随着侦查逻辑理论的不断发展,溯因推理这一基本逻辑判断模型已经成功运用于相关的侦查基础工作,并且,P-H-D这一基本侦查学原理正在逐步得到学者的接纳和认同,同时以这些基本成果为基础,在历史唯物主义循环论的指导下,侦查循环理论的建立迫在眉睫。As one of the fimdamental modes of investigation thinking, investigation hypothesis introduces the basic principles of logic to the work of investigation, and thereby combining the subjective aspects with the objective aspects in the disciplinary study of investigation. With the continuous theoretical development of investigation logie, abduction, which is a basic model for logical judgment, has been suceessfully applied to relevant work of investigation, and P-H-D, a basic investigative principle, is gradually being accepted and recognized hy scholars. Based on the above results, the establishment of the theory of investigation cycle is an urgen! task to be tulfilled under the guidance of the cycle theory, of historical materialism.
