摘 要:为掌握双进双出钢球磨煤机容量风量对煤粉细度的影响规律,特组织进行了两台钢球磨煤机现场试验。试验结果表明对于不同的磨煤机平均料位设定值,均存在容量风量低的一侧料位高、煤粉粗;容量风量高的一侧料位低、煤粉细的情况。通过试验数据和磨煤机运行特性的分析,认为两侧煤粉细度偏差是由于假想"中分面"偏移带来的两侧有效磨制空间不同所致。对此提出在运行时应尽量均衡磨煤机两侧容量风量,单进单出运行时应尽量减少停运侧容量风量的优化运行的指导意见。对于双进双出钢球磨煤机运行调整有一定的借鉴意义。In order to study the influence of capacity air quantity on pulverized coal size, two sets of double inlet and double outlet ball coal mill were selected as experiment objects. The results indicate that with different setting material level, a lower air flow capacity could introduce a higher material level and coarser pulverized coal, and a higher air flow capacity could introduce lower material level and finer pulverized coal. According to the experiment data and operation characteristics, it can be explained as that the size deviation are the result of different valid grinding space at each side, which is caused by the different air flow capacity. Then optimal operation guid- ance is given that the air flow capacity at two sides should be balanced and the air flow capacity should be as little as possible at off-stream side when the mile is operated halfloadly. This research could have some reference for the optimal operation of double inlet and double outlet ball mill.
