摘  要:人造亲水性岩心一般采用高温烧结或添加表面活性剂胶结等方法,虽可满足于亲水性要求,但制作步骤复杂且亲水性质不稳定。为此对亲水岩心的制作方法进行改进和简化,首先采用化学改性后的环氧树脂和固化剂对石英砂直接进行胶结。测试结果表明:使用该类胶结剂胶结后的岩心呈亲水性质;岩心胶结强度较高,孔渗性质与常规胶结岩心基本一致;无水敏现象,洗油或者水相长时间浸泡后,岩心性质基本不变;该环氧树脂与固化剂混合后可直接用水稀释,无需使用有毒的有机溶剂。该类亲水岩心的制作方法简单,无需高温固化,岩心性质稳定,更适合于油层物理的机理实验研究。Artificial hydrophilic core generally by adopting the method of high temperature sintering or adding surfactants cementation. The hydrophilicity can be satisfied with the core requirements, but manufacture steps is complex and hydrophilic instability. The method of manufacturing hydrophilic artificial core was improved and sim-plified and for the first time, the chemical modification of epoxy resin and curing agent for cementing quartz sand directly. The test results show that the cementing core is hydrophilic using this kind of cementing agent ; Strength of cementing core is higher; permeability properties consistent with conventional cementing one; Water sensitivity phenomenon does not exist, core properties basically remain unchanged after washing oil or water immersion for a long time ; The mixture of epoxy resin and curing agent can be diluted with water directly, without the use of toxic organic solvent. This kind of hydrophilie core manufacturing method is simple and its properties is stable, and it doesn' t need high temperature curing, so it' s more suitable to study the mechanism of reservoir physics experiments.
