化痰通络方治疗原发性高血压46例

摘　　要：目的观察化痰通络方治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法沈阳市中医院门诊及住院原发性高血压患者92例,均符合入组标准,随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组,各46例,对照组给予口服贝那普利片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用化痰通络方治疗。持续治疗4周后,比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压及总胆固醇、三酰甘油变化情况。结果治疗组各项指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络方对原发性高血压疗效确切,同时具有降低血脂功能,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 92 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 46 cases. The con-trol group was given oral Benner Pury tablets. Based on the control group, the treatment group took Huatan Tongluo decoction. After 4weeks of continuous treatment, the change of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, total cholesterol and triacylglycerols of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The improvement of the indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension had exact curative effect, and was safe and reliable.
