摘　　要：温胆汤是治疗内科杂病的常用方剂,它体现了叶天士在《温病论》第7条中所云:"……邪留三焦,亦如伤寒中少阳病也。……此则分消上下之势,随证变法……或如温胆汤之走泄。"分消走泄,宣畅气机,泄化痰浊、痰热,是治疗大法;温胆汤芳香化湿与淡渗利湿并用,达宣上、畅中、渗下的治疗思想,将湿热痰浊分而消之,可用于痰浊内盛的多种病证,如:中风、痴呆、头痛、眩晕、癫痫、厥证、失眠,以及咳嗽、心悸、胸痹等。有一定规律可循。Wendan decoction is commonly used prescription in treating miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine diseases; it reflects the Ye Tianshi in Febrile Disease in article seventh said： Evil left sanjiao, as Shaoyang disease such of typhoid fever. This is divided into upperand, lower dissipation potential with the card, or political reform, such as Wendan decoction. The chief treatment was elimination of pathogens through purgation and dieresis, activating functional activities of qi and resolving phlegm and turbidity. Wendan decoction was resolving of dampness with aromatics and.promoting diuresis with drugs of tasteless flavor, can be used for a variety of diseases yndromes,such as stroke, dementia, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, syncope, insomnia, cough, palpitation,chest pain, etc.. There are certain rules to follow.
