益气补肾活血方对轻度认知损害患者SOD、MDA水平干预作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察调补心肾法的代表方剂益气补肾活血方对轻度认知损害(MCI)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)水平的影响,从微观角度探讨调补心肾法治疗MCI的作用机制。方法选取气虚精亏型MCI患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在给予治疗既往存在疾病的基础上,治疗组另给予益气补肾活血方免煎颗粒口服。疗程12周,分别检测两组患者给药前后MMSE、Mo CA认知量表及血清SOD、MDA水平。结果益气补肾活血方能提高认知测试量表分值,升高血清SO D水平,降低血清MDA水平。结论益气补肾活血方可能通过升高血清SO D水平,降低血清MDA水平而改善认知功能。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue of the regulating heart and kidney formula representative prescription on serum superoxide dismutase（SOD） and propylene glycol（MDA） in patients with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）, and to inves-tigate the mechanisms of the regulating heart and kidney formula on MCI from microcosmic angle. Methods Selecting 60 cases of patients with deficiency of vital energy of MCI, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of giving the treatment to the previous disease, the treatment group was treated with the no-decoction granule of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue oral prescription. The treatment course was 12 weeks.The MMSE 、Mo CA cognitive inventory and serum SOD and MDA levels of the two groups were detected before and after administration. Results The Yiqi Bushen Huoxue prescription can improve the score of cognitive test scale, elevated serum SOD levels and reduce serum MDA levels. Conclusion The Yiqi Bushen Huoxue prescription can probably improve the cognitive function by raising serum SOD level and reducing serum MDA level.
