益气聪明汤治疗高血压眩晕42例

摘　　要：目的探讨益气聪明汤加味治疗高血压眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法以84例高血压眩晕患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气聪明汤加味治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%,明显高于对照组的73.8%,P<0.05;观察组治疗后症状积分和眩晕程度明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论益气聪明汤加味治疗高血压眩晕患者的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,无毒副作用,安全性高,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical curative eff ect of Yiqi Congming decoction in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo.Methods 84 cases of hypertensive vertigo patients were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and ob-servation group according to different treatment. The Control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group received Yiqi Congming decoction additionally. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（73.8%）, P〈0.05. After treatment, the degree of vertigo symptom score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Yiqi Congming decoc-tion in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo was significant, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, no toxic side ef-fect, high safety, had high application value, and was worthy of promotion.
