针刺八脉交会穴治疗脑外伤后抑郁症30例

摘　　要：目的观察针刺八脉交会穴治疗脑外伤后抑郁症的疗效。方法将60例脑外伤后抑郁症患者随机分为药物组(百忧解治疗)和针刺组,每组30例。观察二组治疗前和治疗后汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)的总评分。结果针刺组治疗后HAMD抑郁量表减分率与药物组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺八脉交会穴对脑外伤后抑郁的疗效优于药物治疗,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture eight confluence points in the treatment of depression after traumatic brain injury. Methods 60 cases of patients with depression after traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into drug group（Prozac therapy）and acupuncture group, with 30 cases in each group. The total scores of Hamilton Depression Scale（Hamilton Depression Scale, HAMD） of the two groups were observed pre and post treatment. Results After treatment, comparing the HAMD depression rating scale reduction rate of the acupuncture group with the drug group, and differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupuncture eight confluence points for depression after traumatic brain injury is superior to medical treatment, ans is worthy of further study.
