摘　　要：为了提高学生运用《金匮要略》方药解决临床实际问题的能力,我们在教学中进行了基于"类证案例群"的PBL教学实践的改革。为了客观系统地对学生进行综合考评,通过以网考为主,结合病案分析、论文、课堂答辩、平时测评等综合评价进行考核的方式对教改后学生的学习水平进行评定。该测评方式能够更好地反映学生的主动学习能力、主观能动性以及临床实践能力。In order to improve students＇ ability of solving practical problems by using the prescription of Synopsis of Golden Chamber, we did a PBL teaching reform which is based on the ＂ syndrome case group＂ in our teaching. In order to evaluate the reform of students learning level and objective system of comprehensive evaluation of students, we evaluated the students through he network examination,combined with case analysis, the thesis, classroom evaluation and usually reply. The active learning ability, initiative and clinical practice ability of students can be better reflected by this evaluation method.
