四黄水蜜穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎35例及护理

摘　　要：目的观察四黄水蜜贴敷双丰隆、双涌泉穴辅助治疗小儿肺炎的护理及效果。方法将70例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组35人。对照组采用常规抗菌治疗与护理措施,治疗组在对照组的干预基础上加用四黄水蜜穴位贴敷双丰隆、双涌泉穴,一个疗程后观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组临床综合疗效优于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄水蜜贴敷患儿双丰隆、双涌泉穴能辅助提高临床疗效,有助于促进小儿肺炎患者康复,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect and nursing of Sihuang Water-honey acupoint pasting on dual Fenglong points and dual Yongquan points as adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods 70 cases of patients with infantile pneumonia were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 35 cases. The control group used conventional antibacterial therapy and nursing.The treatment group used Sihuang Water-honey acupoint pasting on dual Fenglong points and dual Yongquan in addition to the antibacte-rial therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed after one course. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and difference was statistical significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sihuang Water-honey acupoint pasting on dual Fenglong points and dual Yongquan can improve the clinical effect and promote the rehabilitation of infantile pneumonia.It is worthy of further clinical application.
