摘　　要：经方备受古今医家推崇,其在颈肩腰腿痛的治疗有独特优势,如桂枝芍药知母汤、乌头汤、白虎加桂枝汤等至今仍在临床广泛使用。本文检索了2000年至今的文献,按其主要表现,分证对经方治疗颈肩腰腿痛进行归纳总结。The classical prescription was highly praised by doctors from ancient time to the present. It has its special advantage on the cure of neck, shoulder, and lumbocrural pain, and even nowadays these classical prescriptions were widely used in clinic, such as Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction, Wutou decoction, Baihu Guizhi decoction, and others. This article searched literatures from 2000 to nowadays.According to the major performance we summarized the classical prescriptions which treated neck, shoulder, and lumbocrural pain separately by different fen syndrome.
