益胃化瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益胃化瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性萎缩性胃炎120例患者随机分为治疗组60例、对照组60例。治疗组给予益胃化瘀汤煎剂治疗,每日一剂,分早晚两次服用。对照组采用西药治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果益胃化瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气阴两虚兼气滞络瘀型的总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为62%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益胃化瘀汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效明显优于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiwei Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group of 60 patients and control group of 60 patients. The treatment group received Yiwei Huayu decoction, one dosage each day at morning and evening. The control group used Western medicine.The treatment course was three months.. Results The total effective rate of the Yiwei Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of deficiency of both qi and yin and qi stagnation and stasis type was 80%, the total effective rate of the control group was 62%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Yiwei Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than thaose of the control group.
