益气通阳复脉法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭43例

摘　　要：目的分析探讨益气通阳复脉法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者86例,随机分成对照组和实验组,每组43例。对照组患者给予相关疾病的常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气通阳复脉法进行治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组总有效率的76.7%,观察组不良反应发生率为2.3%,明显低于对照组不良反应发生率16.3%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气通阳复脉法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭具有显著的临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of benefiting qi for dredging yang and recovering vessels method in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Selecting 86 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure from January 2013 to Jan-uary 2013, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given relevant conventional treatment. The observation group received benefiting qi for dredging yang and recovering vessels method on the basis of routine therapy. Results The total effective rate of the observing group was 95.3% which was significantly higher than 76.7%of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.3 %, which was significantly lower than that of the control group（16.3%）, and there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The benefiting qi for dredging yang and recovering vessels method in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure has significant clinical effect.
