清热除湿外洗方在会阴侧切产妇护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨清热除湿外洗方在产后会阴切口愈合中的效果,为临床护理提供实践依据。方法选取300例行会阴侧切自然分娩的产妇作为研究对象,采用单盲随机数字分组法,将其分为对照组与研究组各150例。两组患者均予以整体护理,对照组予以0.05%碘伏稀释液会阴冲洗,研究组在对照组基础上给予清热除湿外洗方会阴冲洗,疗程3 d。采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）评估两组患者产后第1-3 d疼痛程度,以及会阴切口愈合情况。结果 1研究组患者分娩后3d内的疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。2产后第3 d,研究组患者会阴切口甲级愈合率显著多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论应用清热除湿外洗方对产后会阴侧切伤口进行冲洗,并结合悉心的护理后,能有效缓解患者产后疼痛程度,促进切口愈合。Objective To explore the effect of clearing heat and removing dampness external wash prescription in the healing of incision of lateral episiotomy, and provide the practical basis for the clinical nursing. Methods 300 cases that underwent the spontaneous delivery of the perineal side were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 150 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given holistic nursing care, the control group was treated with 0.05% Iodophor dilu-ent perineum flushing, and the research group was treated with the clearing heat and removing dampness external wash prescription on the basis of the control group. 3 days is a course of treatment. Analogue scale visual（VAS） was used to evaluate the pain of two patients with first day to third day after postpartum and wound healing situation of incision of lateral episiotomy. Results（1） The pain score in theresearch group after delivery in three day period was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.（2） After third day, the grade of healing in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of clearing heat and removing dampness external wash prescription to incision of lateral episiotomy wash and combined with careful nursing can effectively relieve the degree of pain in patients,and promote wound healing.
