中西医治疗雄激素源性脱发研究进展

摘　　要：脂溢性脱发是一种常见的慢性疾病,其发病的机制目前学界说法尚不统一,仍有待深入研究。使用中医理论针对脂溢性脱发进行治疗,有其独特优势。本文从中西医结合的角度,依据脂溢性脱发治疗临床中的实践经验,探究脂溢性脱发在中医学理论中的认识、治疗,以及其致病机理、对患者生活质量的影响。研究结果表明脂溢性脱发的发生与遗传、环境、心理、饮食习惯、代谢紊乱等因素具有明显相关性。Seborrheic alopecia is a common chronic disease, the pathogenesis of which is still not confirmed and remains to be further researched. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages on seborrheic alopecia treatment. In this paper, the awareness, treatment, origin and impact of the disease on patients＇ life have been studied from the perspective of the integrated medicine and on the basis of clinical experience. The result showed that the occurrence of seborrheic alopecia was significantly correlated with heredity, environment, psychology, diet habits, metabolic disorders and other factors.
