摘  要:采用更可靠的技术措施,将砌体填充墙牢牢地嵌固在钢筋混凝土框架内,有助于加强钢筋混土框架结构的整体刚度、稳定性和填充墙自身的刚度、稳定性。再采用简捷易行的技术措施使后植在框架柱上的拉结钢筋抗拉拔力加大,保证拉结钢筋承受外力时能更可靠工作。采用以上措施也就相应地提高了框架结构房屋的抗震能力,达到框架结构房屋小震不坏、大震不倒,保障人民生命财产安全的目的。A more reliable technical measure is adopted. The infill walls are firmly embedded in the reinforced concrete frame, which will enhance the overall stiffness and stability of the reinforced concrete frame structure and the infill walls. In addition, a useful technical method is adopted to improve the anti-pulling force of the Rachel steel. This method can insure the Rachel reinforced reliable when suffering the horizontal earthquake. These measures will correspondingly increase the seismic capacity of frame houses, which can ensure the frame building will not be destroyed under small earthquake and not fall under big earthquake. In this condition, people's lives and properties can be protected.
