柴胡舒肝散加减治疗苯丙胺类物质所致焦虑障碍40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡舒肝散加减治疗苯丙胺类物质所致焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法:根据HAMA测量得分按照收治顺序选取80名患者按照单双号分为2组,单号治疗组用柴胡舒肝散加减治疗,双号对照组用盐酸丁螺环酮治疗,治疗时间均为4周。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为95.0%,治疗组与对照组疗效相当。结论:柴胡舒肝散加减治疗苯丙胺类物质所致焦虑障碍效果明显。Objective： To observe Chaihu Shugan Powder treating the clinical efficacy of amphetamine-type substances induced anxiety disorder. Methods： According to HAMA score measured in accordance with the order of selected 80 patients treated according to odd and even numbers are divided into two groups the treatment group single number on Treating with the Bupleurum Shugan Powder double, buspirone hydrochloride was used in the control group, and the course of the treatment was 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate was 92.5% in the control group,meanwhile the rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and the control group considerable effect. Conclusion： Bupleurum Shugan Powder Powder for the treatment of substance-induced anxiety disorder, amphetamine-type effect.
