平乐治筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析平乐治筋手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,评价该法在缓解症状、体征及提高生活日常活动等方面的效果。方法:选取160例神经根型颈椎病患者,按Doll’s临床病例随机表分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用平乐治筋手法联合牵引疗法,对照组采用传统推拿手法联合牵引疗法,分析评价疗程结束以及出院1月后患者症状、体征、日常活动的改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率为83.91%,对照组显效率为43.84%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。经1个疗程治疗后,2组患者定风症状、体征、日常活动等方面均优于治疗前,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在改善患者临床症状、体征积分方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:平乐治筋手法能有效改善患者症状、体征并提高患者日常活动,临床疗效显著,安全有效。Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of using Pingle manipulation of tendon regulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, through observing the clinical effects and processing data with statistical treatment, discuss the effect of this method in the remission of symptoms, physical signs and the improvement of daily life activity. Methods： The 160 Patients whose consistent with inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly. The two groups were respectively treated by the traditional massage and Pingle manipulation of tendon regulation. Both of them are in combination with the treatment of traction.To analysis and evaluate the improvement of patients symptoms,signs and daily activities after one course of treatment and 1 month follow-up. Results： After one course of treatment, the significant efficiency rates of the two groups were were83.91%,43.84%.The differences were highly significant（P〈0.01）. The results showed that the treatment of traction in combination with Pingle manipulation of tendon regulation was better than another. Conclusion：The Pingle manipulation of tendon regulation can improve the signs and alleviate the symptoms which were caused by cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. the safety and the effectiveness of the method was significantly.
