应用平乐正骨“筋滞骨错”理论治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察应用平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论治疗骶髂关节紊乱症的疗效。方法:骶髂关节紊乱症的患者50例,随机分为常规治疗组(中药熏洗+推拿+常规牵引)24例和联合治疗组26例。联合治疗组应用平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论组,采用平乐正骨手法配合温针灸联合治疗(中药熏洗+平乐正骨手法+温针灸),2组患者均于治疗前、治疗2周后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分表(VAS)和国家中医药管理局中医病症诊断疗效标准作为临床观察指标。结果:治疗前,2组患者的VAS评分差异无统计学意义;治疗2周后,2组患者的VAS评分与治疗前及组间比较,差异均有统计学意义。常规治疗组愈显率为33.3%,联合治疗组愈显率为73.1%,联合治疗组疗效明显优于常规治疗组,2组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论:应用平乐正骨"筋滞骨错"理论治疗骶髂关节紊乱症,具有疗效确切、疗程缩短、功能恢复快等优点,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Pingle orthopedic tendons lag wrong bone ＂theory in treatment of sacroiliac joint disorder. Methods： Fifty patients with sacroiliac joint disorder were randomly divided into for routine treatment group（Chinese herbal fumigation and washing ＋ massage ＋ conventional traction） 24 cases and combined treatment group（n=26）. Combined treatment group used Pingle orthopedic ＂bone tendon lag wrong＂ group theory and the Pingle Orthopedic manipulation combined with warm acupuncture combination therapy（Chinese herbal fumigation and washing ＋Pingle Orthopedic manipulation plus warming acupuncture）. Two groups patients were before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment the pain visual analogue scale（VAS） and State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine Chinese disease diagnosis and efficacy standards as an indicator of clinical observation. Results： before treatment, the VAS score of the 2groups was not statistically significant; after 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS score of the 2 groups was statistically significant. The rate of the conventional treatment group was 33.3%, the healing rate of the combined treatment group was 73.1%, the curative effect of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： the application of Pingle orthopedic ＂bone tendon lag wrong＂ theoretical treatment of sacral iliac joint disorder, with curative effect, shorten the course of treatment and functional recovery of the advantages of faster, it is worth further clinical promotion.
