摘 要:目的探讨肋骨切线位及正位DR双能量减影技术骨组织图像在肋骨骨折中诊断价值。材料与方法分析本院收治证实肋骨骨折患者60例,以复查DR片显示骨折端骨痂形成为骨折的金标准,均签写知情同意书,采用美国GE公司Definium 6000型双板DR检查,双能量减影法摄正、切线位胸片.每例患者分别获得标准DR图像、软组织像及骨组织像及肋骨切线位标准图像、软组织像及骨组织像。比较两组标准图像和骨组织图像对肋骨骨折的显示率,采用Cochran Armitage趋势检验进行统计分析。确定P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果本组60例肋骨切线位骨组织像显示肋骨骨折48例,常规DR切线位42例,骨组织减影图像正位40例,常规DR正位图像显示肋骨骨折36例。肋骨切线位+正位骨组织减影图像显示58例。结论肋骨骨折较好显示体位胸部正位+切线位,较好显示方法双能量减影骨组织图像。胸部正位+肋骨切线位DR双能量减影技术骨骼像可提高肋骨骨折诊断准确率。Purpose: To investigate the value of tangential position and dual emergy subtraction in the diagnosis of fracture of rib. Materials and Methods: There are 60 eases diagnosised of rib fractures, Each of them has A-P position, tangential projection and dual emergy subtraction film. Each of them has A-P position image, tangential projection image, the bone image , the soft tissue image and the tangential bone image. Analysis the rate of thediagnosis of fracture of rib of the A-P position, tangential projection and dual emergy subtraction film. Using Cochran Armitage trend test for statistical analy- sis. Determine the P 〈 0. 05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: In the 60 cases , the cases of rib frac- tures were found with tangential projection image is 48, with A-P position image is 42, with tangential bone image is 40, with bone image is 36, with A-P position and tangential projection image is 60. Conclusion : The best display position of rib frac- tures are A-P position + tangent position, he best method of rib fractures is dual emergy subtraction film. The way to use A- P position and tangential bone image together can improve the rate of the diagnostic of rib fractures.
