卵巢囊腺瘤的CT诊断及鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断价值;材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的18例卵巢囊腺瘤螺临床表现及CT检查图像特征;结果:卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤8例,4例为单房囊性病灶,2例为多房囊性病灶,平扫均示囊壁薄,边缘清晰,增强扫描囊壁轻度强化,2例交界性浆液性囊腺瘤均呈多房性改变,囊壁及壁结节分别表现为中度及明显强化;卵巢粘液性囊腺瘤10例,其中多房囊性病灶6例,单房囊性病灶2例,2例交界性囊腺瘤为囊实性病变,良性病变囊壁及壁结节强化不明显,交界性病变内软组织呈不均匀性中度强化。结论:多排螺旋CT能够明确显示卵巢囊腺瘤的病变形态、结构成分,对术前推测病理类型及良恶性鉴别有较高的临床推广价值。Purpose To evaluate the diagnosis and differentiation of Ovarian Cystadenoma. Materials and Methods The clinical manifestation and CT image characteristics for 18 cases of ovarian cystadenoma which Confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 8 cases of Ovarian serous cystadenoma, 4 cases were single cyst, 2 cases were multiple cysts, The thin wall and clearly edges were showed in CT plain scan, and mild reinforcement in enhanced scanning, in 2 cases of borderline serous cystadenoma, the multiple cysts were showed, the walls and wall nodules were char- acterized by moderate and significantly reinforcement. In 10 cases of Mucinous ovarian cystic adenoma, 2 cases were single cyst, 6 cases were multiple cysts, and 2 cases were borderline mucinous cystadenoma, the cystic wall and wall nodule rein- forcement were not obvious on Benign lesions, the soft tissue of border lesions were inhomogeneity moderate reinforcement in enhanced. Conclusion Multiple Detector Spiral CT could show the structure and composition of Ovarian Cystadenoma clear- ly, and has a high value in the diagnosis and differentiation benign and malignant lesion, also could help to Speculated the pathological type of Ovarian Cystadenoma.
