摘 要:以中黄35、华严0926和华严1号为材料,研究了硅(Si)和紫外(UV-B)辐射增强(5.4 k J·m-2·d-1)对大豆幼苗生长的影响以及Si对UV-B辐射增强的缓解效应。结果表明:UV-B辐射增强对中黄35叶绿素含量和生物量的抑制作用较明显,但对叶面积、节间长度和株高的影响较小,而华严0926和华严1号对UV-B辐射增强的响应与中黄35相比有着明显的不同;Si在一定程度上缓解了UV-B辐射对大豆生物量和植株形态等方面的影响。由此判断,选择合适的品种和使用硅肥对大豆抗UV-B辐射栽培具有重要意义。In this experiment,three soybean cultivars,Zhonghuang 35,Huayan 0926 and Huayan 1,were employed as materials and the effects of silicon on soybean seedling growth under enhanced UV-B radiation( 5. 4 k J·m- 2·d- 1) were determined. The main results are as follows: the enhanced UV-B radiation showed much more inhibiting effect on the biomass and chlorophyll content rather than the leaf areas,internode lengths and plant heights in Zhonghuang 35,while there were significant differences showed in Huayan 0926 and Huayan 1. Silicon could alleviate the adverse effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on soybean seedling growth to some extent. It is suggested that there is of great significance to select suitable cultivar and apply silicon fertilizer in soybean production for ultravioresistant cultivation.
