摘  要:链霉菌Snea49是从大豆根际中分离得到的对大豆胞囊线虫具有杀线虫活性的菌株,采用离体贝氏皿室内测定放线菌Snea49的发酵代谢产物对北方根结线虫、南方根结线虫、甘薯茎线虫3种植物寄生线虫和自由生活的小杆线虫的杀线虫活性。结果表明:处理24 h后,贝式小皿检测菌株Snea49的代谢物对北方根结线虫和南方根结线虫表现出较高的生物活性,对甘薯茎线虫毒力次之,对土壤中非靶标小杆线虫毒力最弱,即对不同种类线虫存在选择性毒力差异,而且随稀释倍数增加毒力减弱。The use of secondary metabolites of streptomyces is the most effective method in biological control of nematode.Strain Snea49 was isolated by diluted solution from a soil sample collected from soybean field. The toxicity of streptomyces Snea49 fermentation metabolic product to Meloidogyne hapla,M. incognita,Ditylenchus destructor,and Caenarhabditis sp.were tested in vitro in plant nematology laboratory. The result indicated the metabolic product of Snea49 had biological activity to nematodes,and significant virulence to different nematodes was detected,the more poisonous effect to nematodes was M.hapla and M. incognita,secondly was Ditylenchus destructor,the least was Caenarhabditis sp.. The toxicity became lower with dilution times increasing.
