摘 要:针对全国现阶段数控技术实验教学内容中存在的教学内容单一并同企业实际应用需求脱离问题,开展了三维扫描技术同数控技术耦合教学模式的研究。机械结构非规则曲面主要是指拥有复杂空间自由曲面的装配型面、模具型腔和外观结构的零部件,通过三维扫描技术实现零部件非规则曲面点云数据采集与精简、点云数据重构和重构曲面误差检测,通过数控技术实现逆向重构曲面的数控代码自动编制与实物获取。经实践验证,文中提出的耦合教学模式能够满足企业产品开发设计与生产加工实际需求,丰富了数控技术实验教学内容,开阔了学生视野,提高学生综合运用理论知识和先进制造技术解决实际问题的能力。In view of the existing NC technology experimental teaching content single teaching content and the actual application requirements with the enterprise out of the question in the present,the paper carries out 3D scanning technology coupling with numerical control technology research of teaching mode. Unrules of the mechanical structure of curved surface is mainly refers to the assembly of complex space free surface profile,the structure of the mold cavity and the appearance of parts and components ,the paper uses 3D scanning technology to realize acquisition and lean of irregular surface point cloud,point cloud to refactor and surface error detection. The numerical control technology is used to realize automatic reverse reconstruction of surface NC code compiled with physical access. Verified by practice,this paper puts forward the coupling teaching mode to meet the product development design and production and processing enterprise actual demand,which enrich the NC technology experimental teaching content,and open the students" field of vision. Students' comprehensive ability of using theoretical knowledge and advanced manufacturing technology are improved to solute actual problem.
