摘　　要：现代批量生产企业的生产线日报承载着各种各样的信息,以发动机装配线为例,生产线日报包含设备故障维修信息、生产型号数量信息、人员出勤信息、工程变更信息、零件不良及供给情况、热试车不良及排故情况等。日报通常以Excel电子表格文件进行发布和积累,阅读、处理日报信息是企业管理者和技术人员的必修课。文中采用Excel电子表格的VB编程技术开展统计、分析工作,大大提高工作效率,提升分析质量。The production line daily of modern batch production enterprise offers all kinds of information. Taking the engine assembly line as an example,the production line daily includes equipment faihn＇e maintenance information, prnduction model and number information,stuff attendance information, engineering changing information, the bad pails and supplies,hot commissioning and troubleshooting, and so forth. Daily is usually published and accumulated based on Excel spreadsheet. Reading and handling daily information has become the compulsory courses of the enterprise manages and technology stuffs. In this paper,VB program technology of the excel spreadsheet is used to carry out statistics and analysis work for improving the work efficiency and analysis quality.
