摘　　要：海缆是平台与FPSO之间电力和信息传递的重要媒介,在铺设海缆时,首先要把海缆起始端抽拉上平台并进行锚固。文中通过对抽拉力计算,抽拉路由设计、临时锚固卡设计等前期技术准备及海上施工进行总结。完成海缆抽拉前期技术准备,动员人员及设备上平台,进行平台改造及路由布置。等待铺缆施工船靠平台,配合施工船实施海缆抽拉及锚固。According to the suhsea cable data and platform drawings,this paper calculates tile pull-in force,designs the pull-in way and temporary hand-nff clamp.and selects the winch,pulley ,wire and so on. The platform and the pull-in way are modified after finishing technical preparing. When the ship closes to the platform, then the cable can be layed down anti fastened.
