摘　　要：单层砖柱厂房因其造价低、施工简单,目前仍是我国中小型企业生产用房常用的结构形式之一。历次震害表明,单层砖柱厂房在强烈地震动作用下易发生不同程度的破坏,并造成较大的经济损失。因此有必要对单层砖柱厂房进行震害分析。本中首先将搜集到的海城地震、唐山地震、汶川地震及芦山地震中155个单层砖柱厂房震害实例作为样本,使用MATLAB软件回归得到单层砖柱厂房一次地震震害快速评估模型。随后,对回归分析中得到的5个主要震害影响因素进行组合,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立32个厂房模型,同时考虑9种不同的二次地震序列,共288个工况进行时程分析,得到考虑二次震害的单层砖柱厂房震害样本,并根据二次震害样本回归拟合出考虑二次震害的单层砖柱厂房震害快速评估模型。最后基于VB6.0程序编译单层砖柱厂房震害快速评估程序。通过对震害快速评估模型进行修正和检验可知,所建立的震害快速评估模型具有较高的可靠性,可应用于工程实际。The single-story brick column workshop is wildly used by small and medium enterprises due to its low-cost and easy construction in China now. The previous earthquake damage investigations show that the single-story brick column workshops suffer damage with various degrees under strong ground motions,and lead great economic losses. So it is necessary to analyze seismic damage of the single-story brick column workshops. Based on 155 earthquake damage cases collected from Haicheng earthquake,Tangshan earthquake,Wenchuan earthquake and Lushan earthquake,a rapid assessment model considering the first earthquake damage by using a program called MATLAB is developed. Then,the second earthquake damage cases considering the aftershock earthquake damage are established by taking the 5 major influence factors obtained from the first model as analysis parameters. Combining 32 finite element models built by ABAQUS and 9 kinds aftershock sequences,in total 288 cases of time history analysis are carried out. And according to the second damage cases,the rapid assessment model considering the aftershock earthquake damage is built through regression analyses. Finally,a program for earthquake damage rapid assessment of single-story brick column workshop is developed by using VB6. 0 software. The earthquake damage rapid assessment model of the single-story brick column workshops has high reliability through model corrections and inspections,and it can be applied in engineering practice.
