摘 要:文章针对C-EPS相比于HPS的中间轴在转向过程中,需要承受更大的扭矩,对转向中间轴连接用的万向节组件的配合及其本身强度提出了更高的设计要求,通过分析某车型的C-EPS的具体设计实例,描述了C-EPS中间轴与转向机连接内花键的设计与计算,利用ABAQUS软件分析夹紧结构的应力集中区域,在该区域增设应力孔以降低最大应力,优化后的方案试验表明应力分布更为均匀。The paper due to the characteristics of C-EPS compared in the intermediate shaft of the HPS in the steering process to have received greater torque, it proposed higher design requirements of component and its strength for steering intermediate shaft connected with the universal joint.Through analysis on the detailed design example of C-EPS,the processing on design and calculation of intermediate shaft and steering machine have described.The stress concentrated area of clamping structure has also analyzed with ABAQUS software.The extra hole in the stress concentrated area is developed in order to reduce the maximum stress.The bench test results show that the stress distribution is more balanced with the optimized scheme of new internal spline with steering shaft of C-EPS.
