摘  要:在红椎种子用0.3%的高锰酸钾溶液消毒后,采用不同方式清水浸种和ABT3号生根粉溶液浸种,营养土用红壤、火烧土、泥田土、谷壳、家禽粪、牛大便、钙镁磷等不同配置,经过一定时间发酵形成轻基质营养土,进行了容器育苗技术试验,结果显示:应用ABT3号生根粉溶液浸种的种子育苗平均发芽率,比应用清水浸种的种子育苗平均发芽率提高4.1%,轻基质容器育苗1年生的苗木,应用ABT3号生根粉溶液浸种育苗生长的苗木生长量平均高度、径粗、冠幅,分别比应用清水浸种育苗生长的苗木生长量平均苗高大11.23%、径粗12.50%,苗冠大6.12%。To cultivate the Castanopsis hystrix seed, the experiment adopts different ways of water soaking and abt3 rooting powder solution soaking after disinfection with 0. 3% potassium permanganate solution. The nutrient soil is made up with 7 kinds of raw materials in different configurations,including red soil, fire clay, clay paddy soil, rice husk, poultry manure, cattle feces, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus. After a certain time,a light matrix nutrient soil forms and container seedling technology test begins. The results show that the average seedling germination rate of the seed soaked by ABT3 rooting powder solution is 4. 1 % higher than that soaked by water. For la seedling which is cultivated in light media container,the application of abt3 rooting powder solution soaking seedling growth of seedling the average growth of height, diameter, crown width of the seed soaked by ABT3 rooting powder solution is respectively 11.23%, 12.50% and 6.12% larger that soaked water.
