摘 要:主要针对风电波动对配电网造成的影响进行风险评估,建立了含储能、可控负荷的配电网风险评估模型,量化分析了配电网的风险损失,在风险评估中引入VaR及CVaR等方法,为评估新能源并网风险提供了一种可行方法。仿真结果验证了模型的正确性和有效性,说明储能、可控负荷有助于降低配电网风险。Intermittent renewable energy,such as wind power,has been developed rapidly in recent years.However,it also highlights a number of risks to the grid due to its intermittent,uncontrollable and random characteristics. This paper mainly assesses the risk caused by wind power fluctuations. A risk evaluation model concerning storage battery and controllable load was introduced into distributed network risk assessment to quantify the risk loss. VaR and CVaR were introduced into the risk assessment. This study provides a practical measure to assess the risk of new energy power system. The test results verify the validity of the model. The results of various conditions show that storage battery and controllable load are helpful to reduce the risk of distributed network.
