痛风伴轻度肾功能不全45例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探索研究针对痛风伴轻度肾功能不全患者进行治疗的方法。方法收集45例痛风伴轻度肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,应用多种药物小剂量联合止痛并加用别嘌醇片降尿酸进行治疗,将治疗前后痛风性关节炎急性发作及肾功能改善等情况进行对比。结果治疗1周后95%患者关节红肿及疼痛已缓解;患者治疗2周后的C反应蛋白以及血沉相关指标均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),下降到正常范围。治疗年及1年时血清尿酸水平明显减低(P<0.05);血肌酐和血尿素氮稍下降,但差异无统计学意义。结论应用多种药物小剂量联合止痛并加用别嘌醇片降尿酸对痛风伴轻度肾功能不全患者进行治疗,可以有效控制痛风性关节炎急性发作并维持肾功能保持稳定。Objective To study the treatment of gout patients with mild renal insufficiency with methods. Methods 45 cases of gout patients with mild renal insufficiency as research subjects, using a variety of low-dose combination analgesic drugs and the addition of allopurinol tablets uric acid treatment, the acute gouty arthritis attack and renal function improved after treatment, etc. Compare the situation. Results After one week of treatment 95% of patients had remission joint swelling and pain; patients two weeks after the C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate related indicators were significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）, decreased to the normal range. 1 year of treatment and serum uric acid levels were significantly lower （P〈0.05）; serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen decreased slightly, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Multiple drugs and low-dose combination analgesic tablets plus allopurinol uric acid in patients with mild renal insufficiency associated with gout treatment, can effectively control acute attacks of gouty arthritis and maintain renal function remained stable.
