摘　　要：机破事故暴露出了现场机车外购电器小配件存在着质量控制盲区,为此,提出了转变观念,将现场外购小配件纳入技术管理和质量控制范围的对策。The locomotive breakdown accident reveals that there is a quality control blind area for the outsourcing electrical gadgets in on-site locomotive, so changing ideas is proposed and the countermeasure that includes the outsourcing gadgets in the scope of technical management and quality control should be taken.
