摘  要:基于整车动力性和燃油经济性对矿用自卸车的动力匹配进行研究,应用整车性能仿真平台建立整车模型并加以试验验证。对2种典型路况下25种动力传动匹配方案进行计算与分析,结果表明:矿区路况对矿用自卸车燃油经济性影响很大,25种传动系统匹配方案可根据实际路况择优选配。研究结果可为整车前期设计或改进优化提供参考。The matching of powertrain of the mining dump truck was researched based the power and the fuel economy of the truck, and the vehicle performance simulation platform was applied to build the model of the truck and then conduct verification. 25 powertrain matching schemes on two kinds of typical road was calculated and analyzed, and the results showed: the road condition in mining area had great impact on the fuel economy of the mining dump truck; 25 powertrain matching schemes could be selected according to actual road condition. The research results offered reference for design or optimization of the truck.
