摘 要:国内某铜锌硫化矿中锌以极为少见的纤维锌矿形式存在,并且与黄铜矿的嵌布关系极为复杂。由于锌矿中锌与锰、镉构成完全类质同相固溶体,具有"易浮难抑"的特点,造成铜精矿中锌的含量超标。通过大量的纤维锌矿的特效抑制剂和黄铜矿的高选择性捕收剂试验,最终选择GY316做抑制剂,GYT做捕收剂,获得了铜品位为20.05%、回收率为66.07%的铜精矿,其中含锌为6.91%,实现了铜精矿降锌的目的。The zinc of a domestic copper-zinc-sulphide ores existed in an extremely rare form of wurtzite, which had complexly disseminating relationship with chalcopyrite. Since zinc, manganese and cadmium in the zinc ore constituted completely isomorphous solid solution, the zinc ore was characterized by easy to float and difficult to suppress, which resulted in excessive zinc in copper concentrate. After plenty of test for special inhibitor of wurtzite and selective collector of chalcopyrite, GY316 and GYT were separately determined as the inhibitor and the collector, thus the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.05% and recovery of 66.07% was achieved, in which zinc content was 6.91%, so zinc content in copper concentrate was reduced.
