摘 要:针对现阶段电磁除铁器的散热效果、设备安装和制作成本等问题,在原有的热管式散热器基础上设计了一种新型的热管式散热器。并选取单根热管作为研究对象,通过FLUENT数值计算模拟出前后2种热管散热器的温度分布,来比较2种散热器的散热效果。结果显示,优化后的热管散热器效果更好,蒸发段温度为376-379 K,与优化前相比,最高温度下降20 K;热管散热器整体温差由原来的30 K减小至13 K,温度均匀性得到提高;同时结构的改进使得用料更少,材料成本节约63.3%。最后通过试验测得不同功率下蒸发段的平均温度,并与模拟结果进行比较,结果显示,测试值与模拟值平均误差仅为3.1%。In view of poor cooling effects, complicated installation and high manufacture cost of the electromagnetic iron-remover at present, a new-type heat-pipe radiator was designed based on original one. Single heat pipe was taken as the study object, after numerical calculation in FLUENT, temperature distribution of the two kinds of heat-pipe radiator was simulated to contrast the radiation effects of the two radiators. The results showed the optimized heat-pipe radiator had better radiation effects, the temperature of evaporation segment was 376 ~ 379 K and the higest temperature fell by 20 K; the overall temperature difference of the heat-pipe radiator reduced from 30 K to 13 K, the temperature homogeneity enhanced; the structural improvement resulted in less material, which led to cost savings of 63.3%. Finally, test was conducted to measure the average temperature of evaporation segment at various power, and the test results was contrast with simulation ones. Average error between the two was only 3.1%.
