摘  要:针对煤矿纯电动车驱动装置,六相双Y绕组移相30°防爆永磁无刷电动机DSP控制系统的电流均衡问题,分析了产生电流不均衡的原因及可能造成的后果,给出了电流均衡的方法及增加均衡措施的试验结果。通过实际应用对比分析可知,增加电流均衡措施后,两套绕组电流明显趋于一致,系统性能可靠。The explosion-proof permanent-magnetic brushless DC motor(BLDCM) with 30°shifted six-phase double-Y windings, the drive of pure-electric vehicle, was studied about its current balance during its operation, and the causes of current imbalance and impossible consequences were analyzed. In addition, the current balancing measures were offered, and then which were applied to actual system. After that, the test results before and after applying balancing measures were provided. Comparative analysis showed the current of two sets of windings was obviously consistent after applying balancing measures. The current balancing measures were easy to realize in actual engineering, which led to reliable performance of the system.
