摘 要:煤矿井下的液压支架经常遇到顶板来压和冲击地压等突发状况,为了及时卸载液压支架立柱内的高压液体,要求安全阀能够在较短时间内把立柱下腔高压乳化液排出。因此,安全阀的工作状态是一个瞬间的冲击过程。为了充分研究高压大流量安全阀的冲击特性,笔者以FAD1000安全阀为例,通过设计搭建试验台,研究安全阀冲击特性,为高压大流量安全阀的动态设计提供指导和借鉴。The hydraulic support in underground colliery offen encounters pressure from top plates and impact from floor. In order to discharge the high-pressure emulsion inside the columns of the support, the relief valve is required to discharge the high-pressure emulsion in the lower chamber of the column within short time. Therefore, the work condition of the relief valve is an instantaneous impact process. To fully research the impact characteristics of the high-pressure and large-flow relief valve, FAD1000 relief valve was taken as the example, after the test bench being built, the impact characteristics of the relief valve was research. The research results offered reference for the dynamic design of the high-pressure and large-f low relief valve.
