摘 要:为了增强五缸星型气动马达的工作平稳性,基于三维建模软件UG,建立了曲柄连杆机构的三维模型,并从中得出曲柄连杆机构的质量和质心。根据多缸机动平衡理论,探讨了五缸星型气动马达的动平衡计算方法。结果表明,多缸星型气动马达一阶往复惯性力的大小是曲轴旋转角速度的二次函数,方向与旋转质量产生的惯性力方向相同,可通过合理布置平衡重将其平衡掉。In order to reinforce the stationarity of the five-cylinder star-typed pneumatic motor during operation process, 3D model of the cranked linkage mechanism was built based on 3D modeling software UG, and its mass and mass center were obtained. According to dynamic balancing theory of multi-cylinder engines, the calculation method of dynamic balance of the five-cylinder star-typed pneumatic motor was discussed. Results showed the magnitude of the first order reciprocating inertia force of the multi-cylinder star-typed pneumatic motor was quadratic function of the rotary angular velocity of the crank, and the direction was the same as that of the inertia force due to rotary mass. The reciprocating inertia force could be counteracted via reasonably arranged counterweight.
