眼部恶性肿瘤术后患者β射线放疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眼部恶性肿瘤术后患者应用β射线放疗的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月~2013年2月我科收治的34例行眼部恶性肿瘤术患者,术后按治疗方式不同分为观察组（17例,β射线放疗）,对照组（17例,常规放疗）,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.1%、不良反应总发生率11.8%,对照组治疗总有效率58.8%、不良反应总发生率47.0%,比较两组间数据,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论眼部恶性肿瘤术后患者应用β射线放疗,疗效确切,安全可靠,可降低不良反应发生率,利于患者更好的康复。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the patients using beta ray radiotherapy for postoperative ocular malignant tumor. Methods From August 2011 ~ February 2013 34 cases of ocular malignant tumor patients after operation in our hospital, according to the different treatment methods were divided into observation group（17 cases, beta ray radiotherapy）, control group（17 cases, conventional radiotherapy）, clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group total effective rate 94.1%, the total rate of adverse effects in 11.8%, control group total effective rate 58.8%, the total rate of adverse effects in 47%, data were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ocular malignant tumor patients after application of beta ray radiotherapy, curative effect, safe and reliable, can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, help patients better rehabilitation.
