摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在累及关节面复杂性骨折的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析在我院接受治疗的32例累及关节面复杂骨折患者的临床病例资料。结果 32例患者在采取多平面重建后均可清楚显示各类骨折;多平面重建和容积重建可对骨折劈裂以及塌陷情况进行评估;32例患者中29例均由容积重建确定手术路径,手术结果均证实了容积和多平面重建扫描显示的骨折情况。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术能准确、直观和立体地显示患者关节面骨折情况,对选取合适手术入路及制定有效治疗方案具有重要指导意义。Objective Multislice spiral CT in the clinical value of involving the articular surface of the complexity of the fracture. Results 32 patients after taking MPR can clearly show the various types of fractures; MPR and volume reconstruction can be evaluated for fracture splitting and collapse situation; 32 patients in 29 cases determined by the volume reconstruction surgical approach, surgical. Results They have confirmed the fracture volume and MPR scan display. Conclusion Multilayer spiral CT technology can accurately and intuitively, and threedimensional display of the articular surface fracture patients case, select the appropriate surgical approach and the development of effective treatment programs have important guiding significance.
