摘　　要：目的探讨闭合整复治疗桡骨头移位型骨折的临床效果。方法随机将60例桡骨头移位型骨折患者均分为2组,各30例,对照组予以手法复位石膏固定术,研究组予以闭合整复,对比临床效果。结果研究组骨折愈合时间更短,而临床总有效率更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡骨头移位型骨折患者实施闭合整复治疗,骨折愈合快,而且疗效确切,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction treatment of radial head fracture displacement. Methods 60 cases of radial head shift fracture patients were divided into 2 groups, each of 30 cases,control group was treated with manipulative reduction and plaster fixation, the study group was treated by closed reduction, clinical effect comparison. Results The fracture healing time, and the total clinical efficiency is higher, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with displaced radial head fractures treated by closed reduction, fracture healing, and curative effect, worthy of reference.
