摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者46例。结果 45例患者手术顺利,手术时间35~110 min,平均（45±5.6）min,术后住院3~7天,平均（3.5±0.5）天。碎石成功率93.3%。术中无输尿管穿孔、大出血等并发症。术后无大出血、菌血症和急性肾功能不全等并发症。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石安全有效、创伤小,并发症少。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ho：YAG laser lithotripter through flexible ureteroscope on the patients of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods 46 patients of upper urinary tract calculi were treated by Ho：YAG laser lithotripter through flexible ureteroscope. Results 45 patients＇ surgeries were successful, the time of operation was 35~110 min, average time was（45±5.6）min. The length of stay was 3~7 days, average time was（3.5±0.5） days. The success rate of stone fragmentation was 93.3%.There was no ureteral perforation or hemorrhoea happened during the surgery. No complications like hemorrhoea, bacteriaemia and acute renal insufficiency happened on all patients after surgeries. Conclusion The treatment with Ho：YAG laser lithotripter through flexible ureteroscope is safe, minimal injury and less complication on upper urinary tract calculi.
